Job Summary:
Employee will enter and order new home selections for installation. Manage accounts to ensure that builder install schedules are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Entry of new selections
- Order material for installs
- Ensure billing is correct
- Process change orders
- Maintain files
- Order job finishes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Scheduling of installs
- Enter service work orders
- Schedule services with homeowners/builders
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
- Flooring or Construction experience preferred.
