Department: Administrative
Reports to: Store Manager
Supervises: None
Purpose: Performs custodial work in offices, warehouse, shop, and other building interiors. Maintains the outside lot and helps portray a positive image at the dealership.

Responsibilities:
o Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polished floors using proper equipment
o With the use of ladders, dusts and washes walls
o Cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures, as needed
o Empties trash cans for all areas of the facility
o Washes and replaces blinds
o Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas
o May remove stains from surfaces, such as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using proper chemicals and cleaners.
o May sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, and remove snow during the appropriate seasons
o Arranges equipment on the lot
o Assists in the parts and service areas, as needed
o May deliver parts or other items to customers and/or other Gooseneck locations
o Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
oAbility to work in a team environment
oMust be able to handle heights
oAbility to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
oBasic data entry and keyboarding skills preferred
oHigh School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
