Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. We are an Oak Ridge, TN based property management company with commercial and residential properties in the Oak Ridge/Clinton area. Qualified candidates will have experience in commercial and/or residential building maintenance:

• Must have a working knowledge of various systems to include: electrical, plumbing, grounds, and general maintenance tasks.
• Must have the ability to paint, perform carpentry tasks, move furniture and other office items without any difficulty.
• Various other related tasks as required.
• Candidate must have the ability to be on call after hours for emergencies.
• Must submit to background check, drug screen, and have valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
