AG is starting a project to replace their POS system with a new cloud based POS system and are looking for a Business analyst to support the engagement

- Business Analyst with strong experience around retail stores and Point of sale environment

- Solid understanding of Retail POS capabilities and functionalities, with hands on experience working on requirements gathering and management for POS implementation

- Strong knowledge of relevant functions, process flows, systems and procedures which aids analysis and recommendations for solution offerings

- Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions

- Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and process flows, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization

- Exceptional communication skills, this includes written and verbal communications and Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $80.00 per hour
