As the Business Developer/Account Executive with RetireMed, you will be responsible for identifying and working with new organizations and companies in the Greater Cincinnati/Tri State area to drive leads and enrollments for RetireMed and manage long term business partnerships.

The Business Developer – Account Executive is a full-time, professional role. It is an exempt position, with a base salary with bonus opportunities. You will work with you manager and members of the Executive team to create strategies, develop long term partnerships, and leverage your existing professional network to drive leads aimed at meeting RetireMed annual sales goals.

Specific qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• 5 plus years of proven success in a sales capacity
• Sales orientation with proven closing skills; prior experience is preferred
• Strong presentation skills, required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills, required
• Ability to work independently and develop a book of business
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Accountability for achieving both quarterly sales targets and other business objectives
• Strong professional verbal/written communication and phone skills
• Dynamic people, relational and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and team player; embraces change
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills; ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and takes initiative appropriate for the role
• Able to quickly learn and navigate CRM and other company tools and resources
