The purpose of this role is to expand their sales team with Business Development Managers that are hunters who don’t want a cap on their commission. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the ever-changing landscape of Staffing.
The Business Development Manager position gives you the chance to get out from behind a desk and experience the world of business firsthand. You take pride in the measurable results of your work to help clients with innovative solutions to labor issues they are facing. You will be responsible for cultivating new business in their territory, as well as managing current accounts and coordinating complex projects.
The requirements of the sales representative position
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in selling a service
- 2 years staffing industry experience greatly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
