Job description
· Responsible for new business development for Summit Logistics Group
· Develop and maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of clients; partner with clients to understand their business, their products, and their transportation needs.
· Evaluate and respond to RFP’s/RFQ’s as appropriate for Summit Logistics Group’s business.
· Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date information on Summit Logistics Group’s CRM & TMS Software.
· Research, analyze, negotiate and agree fixed-rate contracts as appropriate for Summit Logistics Group’s business.
· Promote Summit Logistics Group business through participation in relevant associations and networking events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
