Job title: Retail Business Development Specialist


Location: New York, New York


Duties: Build creative strategies to develop and foster a new clientele for our 360 Retail Platform, focusing mainly on brick and mortar Boutiques, E-Commerce and Online Tools, and Brand partnerships. Brick & Mortar Retail: Develop at least 3 activations per boutique location/market, per quarter with an ROI of 10-20% of the event budget. Generate leads and develop relationships with 20-30 new perspective VIP clients per quarter and recruit 5 - 8 new business contributors per quarter for retail business. E-Commerce & Online Tools: track online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting. Connect with CRC and BTQ teams to close sales leads and generate profit for New Retail Business. Foster and develop relationships with E-Business partners. Generate sales via online channels including CRC, digital and website traffic. Brand Partnerships: Build, scale, negotiate and execute key partnership activations. Focus on driving organic growth, expanding retail client group and increasing sales through repeatable, multi-platform programs. Remote work allowed 40% of the time. 40% domestic and international travel required.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or a related field and 2 years of experience in position offered or related, including 2 years of experience with: marketing Brand Partnerships in an international environment; marketing of watch, jewelry or luxury goods in domestic and international markets; budget management and ownership over multiple areas including media, events, Public Relations and product placement; channel marketing in the watch, jewelry or accessories industry, managing programs for both retail boutiques and online business; and performance marketing, in particular SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and paid social. $73,000 - $93,500/ per year
