Iron Bow Technologies has an immediate need for an Associate Business Operations Analyst interested in a permanent, remote work position. The selected candidate will have responsibility for providing analysis, interpretation, and reporting on various operational elements of our Program Services organization. This position will play a key role in providing the program management team with comprehensive visibility into the operational status of the business and will enable them to make better decisions. This position will also work directly with customer on deliverables related to their invoicing cycle.

This is a full-time (M-F, 9-5) remote/work from home opportunity but candidates MUST live in VA / DC / MD to be considered.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team members to prepare monthly customer invoice. This includes auditing data and providing feedback/corrections to Deputy Program Manager and IT Asset Management. The data includes but is not limited to, service dates, labor categories, shipped but not invoiced product, product pricing and prior period corrections.
• Reconcile customer leased devices to monthly invoice
• Track and monitor unbilled items (weekly) to closure, inclusive of providing information to stakeholders regarding rejected and returns items
• Issue monthly customer invoice and coordinate with customer regarding questions/issues/corrections
• Process supplier invoices for timely payment
• Manage purchase orders to include creation, coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and performing required system updates
• Work with Services Management team to analyze and report data as defined and requested; provide routine and ad hoc reports on services operational and financial status
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
  

REQUIRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates need 2-5 years of relevant business operations/analyst experience (specifically prior billing experience)
• Attention to detail is a must have
• Proficient with software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced expertise with Excel preferred
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Excellent analytical, written, organizational skills
• Excellent problem solving and critical reasoning skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask
• Results driven, self-motivated individual with focus on goal achievement
• Punctuality and reliable attendance required
• BS degree in a business curriculum and/or related experience
