Overview:
This project will be an opportunity to learn the order process functionality for the Federal Order Processing team. US Citizen required. No green cards accepted, and potential candidate must go through a Federal vetting process.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Review and process Purchase Orders from federal government contractors, agencies, resellers, integrators, and distributors, and converting them into Client Sales Orders, confirming all order details: pricing, contract requirements, equipment, tax exemption, etc. according to documented processes.
- Work with Sales Representatives and buyers to correct PO, quote, and order discrepancies before order placement and ensure accurate order entry.
- Work as part of a group to ensure that all orders meet our Service Level Agreement (all orders received by 3pm CT are worked same day).
- Ensure all orders reach PP (Pre-Production) status in a timely manner.
- Work in a variety of tools to achieve above goals.

- Ensuring that orders are completed in a timely manner.
