The Business Process Manager will be the liaison between the Supply Chain and technology teams to ensure systems are designed and built to meet business needs and sustainably maintained to deliver consistent results. Blue Yonder (BY) and SAP will be the core technology under the purview of this role, however, there are tremendous opportunities across the Supply Chain landscape that require advancements in capability that this role will lead over time.
The salary range for this role is: $91,312 - $155,168.
Responsibilities:
- Full business ownership of the implementation and ongoing sustainability of the Blue Yonder platform across all supply chain locations.
- Lead and deliver successful Blue Yonder WMS implementations that includes process design, configuration, support escalation, and issue resolution.
- Review and perform the analysis of system features and capabilities to improve operational process flows across all manufacturing and warehouse locations.
- Partner cross-functionally to gather and document business requirements and work with IT and 3rd party integrators to construct design documents and gain alignment.
- Oversee the testing and evaluation of system features and processes to ensure the finished product meets current and future requirements; conducting feasibility studies to support business requirements when necessary.
- Document processes, procedures, troubleshooting information, and training for user adoption.
- Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure that WMS solutions complement organizational priorities.
- Define and implement performance metrics (KPI) and regularly monitor progress for business opportunities.
- Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the new software is being used effectively.
- Develop and deploy data analytics that drive effective decision-making and enable Operations to improve on existing business processes.
- Partner with Site Leaders to evaluate readiness for go/no-go decision making.
- Communicate status to ELT that articulates gaps and methods to close gaps.
- Lead the categorization and cross-functional resolution of system issues that are causing BY and SAP discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Accounting, Business, or related area (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 7-10 years of Supply Chain operation and technology experience with at least 4 years of warehouse operational experience.
- Strong leadership (team facilitation, consensus building, project leadership and project execution).
- Ability to analyze data and possess acute attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound judgment under stressful situations.
- Self-motivated with proactive response to new challenges.
- Knowledge of SAP and tier-1 WMS.
- Proven ability to lead and implement change and improvements in inventory processes.
