Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for all phases of the group set up, payment processing, maintenance and collection of group accounts. This position is accountable for customer satisfaction and quality execution of stated tasks throughout the process. May include other duties prescribed by management.
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and maintain skills needed to aid in reconciling a group payment.
  • Review enrollment, payment history, and billing invoices to provide support to LegalShield groups, Associates, and group members.
  • Handle inquiries received by phone, fax, email, or mail
  • Responsible for applying all group payments to group members as noted on payroll sheets, statements, or compared payments.
  • Answer incoming calls, make out going calls to investigate and correct errors for getting the payment applied.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills/Competencies
  • Existing LegalShield /Business Solutions experience
  • Good Attendance
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Problem-solving and analytical
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Positive professional attitude and team player
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to effectively interact with users, peers, managers, and vendors
  • Self -starter with high level of initiative
  • Strong commitment to department and company goals
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High School degree equivalent or higher
Knowledge Requirements: Iseries, CMClient, OnDemand, Cherwell, Easy Capture, Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and InContact.
