Job Description
The MSI Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) division is looking for a dynamic leader to manage a roadmap and execute strategic and tactical IT priorities for our Envysion brand. This is a key role for scaling our business while managing costs by removing internal roadblocks and relentlessly automating repetitive tasks.
As a Business Systems Manager, you will partner with leaders across business functions and IT to optimize Envysion’s operational business processes. You will rally your peers and your team around operational efficiency and customer value. You will help drive organizational change management for internal and external stakeholders. You must be prepared to manage continuously evolving priorities to make sure the team delivers high value.
In this role, your leadership prowess and ability to create a delivery strategy will allow MSI to grow the Envysion brand and transform it into a vital member of the VS&A family of brands. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to align on what can be delivered, how and by when. You will provide leadership throughout this multi-year program. You will need to regularly assess our ability to fulfill commitments, find untapped opportunities and assess risk.
The ideal candidate likely has prior experience as a Delivery Lead, Product Owner, or Program Manager as well as working knowledge of lead to cash systems and subscription management systems. Key roles and responsibilities include:

Create and execute the strategy to build platforms, system capabilities and business processes that enable “aaS” offers

Support and evolve a mature subscriptions management system and business processes

Ensure stakeholders and business partners generate experiences that delight customers and partners as lead to cash systems are built, modified and transformed

Effectively manage escalations, scope change and implementation of a wide variety of projects

Monitor and control project quality, fulfillment of commitments, timelines and milestones, budget, risk, performance and opportunities for continuous improvement

Drive organizational change management
Preferred Experience and Skills:

Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences

In-depth knowledge and experience working with CRM, CPQ, ERP, Subscription Management and other lead to cash systems

Ability to manage a budget comprised of capital, one-time and recurring expenses

Ability to multi-task and work with an agile mindset in a dynamic environment

A finely tuned ability to manage risk and proactively seek out potential roadblocks

Outstanding communication skills and problem solving skills

Passion for world class customer experiences

Desire and willingness to seek out requirements that are spoken and unspoken

Fundamental understanding of organizational change management
Qualifications
-
5-7 years experience of hands-on ownership of implementation and delivery; could include project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM/ERP efforts

3+ years of experience with lead to cash platforms like Salesforce and SAP
-
2+ years of experience with subscription management platforms like Zuora, Salesforce, or Chargify
-
2+ years experience in leading teams either directly or indirectly
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience
This role can be remote anywhere in the US.
