Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking
• Proficient with woodworking machines/tools
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and implement lean manufacturing principles and processes.

Job Summary:

Assembly on our cabinet line. Assembling custom cabinetry with quality in mind.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Ablility to read blueprints and follow directions
• Ablility to be part of a team to achieve company goals
• Meeting production times
• Attention to detail, and doing quality checks on your own work
• Learning and implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Good and clear communication to other team members
• Keeping your work area clean and in order
• Continual improvement
• Ability to work independently and to problem solve
• Ability to safely lift heavy items on a regular basis
