The CAD Designer will work collaboratively with production, sales, cutting and the design team to develop new or revise existing patterns/images to meet finished product specifications, as well as customer needs.

This individual will perform duties such as:

· CAD design using the Lectra / Gerber system

· Assist in new design development

· Creative and collaborative work within multiple departments

· Problem solving

· Entering specifications and other pertinent data into the system for design modifications

To be successful in this position, this individual should possess the following:

· Associates Degree in CAD Design preferred

· 3+ years experience utilizing CAD related skills preferred

· Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume as well as the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.

· Ability to work independently

· Minimal travel required (Less than 10%)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
