Position: MKP Care Coordinator
Monogram is looking for an experienced call center Home Care Scheduler Coordinator. The position is full-time with excellent benefits and room for advancement.
Candidates must: (a) have experience in Salesforce, (b) have experience in scheduling home visits in a healthcare setting and (c) have demonstrated ability to inspire and hold accountable scheduling center employees.
Position Requirements
- Experience in scheduling/staffing in a home healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements required.
- Coordinate and schedule aides and clients that match the care plan
- Computer proficiency a must
- Must work with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication with office staff and clients
- Troubleshoot and problem solve with aides and client needs. Making sure to be a matchmaker between aides and clients
- Provide prompt and attentive customer service
- Prior scheduling experience in home care is preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and a Scheduling database
- Ability to deal effectively with the high demands of the fast pace needs in homecare
- Experience in problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and communication skills
- Ensure advocates understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and polices
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible solutions/improvements
- Motivates and supports agents through feedback and communication
- Assists with call handling when business permits
