Position: MKP Care Coordinator

Monogram is looking for an experienced call center Home Care Scheduler Coordinator. The position is full-time with excellent benefits and room for advancement.

Candidates must: (a) have experience in Salesforce, (b) have experience in scheduling home visits in a healthcare setting and (c) have demonstrated ability to inspire and hold accountable scheduling center employees.

Position Requirements

• Experience in scheduling/staffing in a home healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements required.
• Coordinate and schedule aides and clients that match the care plan
• Computer proficiency a must
• Must work with a sense of urgency
• Strong communication with office staff and clients
• Troubleshoot and problem solve with aides and client needs. Making sure to be a matchmaker between aides and clients
• Provide prompt and attentive customer service
• Prior scheduling experience in home care is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and a Scheduling database
• Ability to deal effectively with the high demands of the fast pace needs in homecare
• Experience in problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and communication skills
• Ensure advocates understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and polices
• Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible solutions/improvements
• Motivates and supports agents through feedback and communication
• Assists with call handling when business permits
