Edwards Federal Credit Union, a $260+ million asset financial institution serving the entire Antelope Valley is seeking an extraordinary Call Center Representative II to join the Edwards Federal Credit Union Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Call Center Relationship Advisor I attributes and the following
• Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests, answers questions about products and services , researches and solves more complex member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts
• Is subject matter expert on product knowledge and services
• Assist with statement and check copy requests, loan and account research, verification of deposits, and certificate renewals
• Proficient research skills to include looking up documents on our archiving system, account histories, etc.
• Assist members with navigating online banking, resolving member concerns, including creating research tickets with vendors
• Able to guide members on opening new account and/or new membership
• Cross train or assist in cross training other employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Reporting directly to the AVP Digital Services we are excited to fill this position as quickly as possible.

Compensation will be based on experience; and the pay is non-FLSA.
