Blue Dot has been providing HVAC services to the resident of MARYLAND for over 50 years!
We are currently looking for a few TEAM PLAYERS join our Call Center!

This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. In this role you will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Multiple Shifts Available! Our Call Center is open between the hours of 7am - 9pm, seven days a week.

Skills we are seeking;

• Multi-line phone system experience
• A great phone presence, customer service-oriented attitude and sharing in our passion for exceptional service
• Weekend availability needed
