GYMGUYZ on Long Island in Melville, NY is hiring a call center representatives who are confident, self-starters who will bring positivity and a WOW experience to our clients. While the Call Center position is multi-faceted, it boils down to being our customers first point of contact and representing The GYMGUYZ brand, values and mission through phone calls, emails, text and video messages. GYMGUYZ is the largest in-home, on-site and virtual personal training franchise with over 1000 cities served in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, emails, TXT, and live chat from customers
  • Professionally responding to client/prospect inquiries
  • Navigate a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions, which includes using standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Assist clients in scheduling / rescheduling their appointment.
  • Providing customers with all the necessary information about GYMGUYZ and our service.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to management
  • Following up on complicated client interactions where required
  • Recording details of client interactions (proficiently and accurately)
  • Develop rapport with clients, with an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Offer solutions- not excuses.

  • Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
  • Friendly, confident and a self-starter
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Positive and quick troubleshooter

Your Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule
  • 1 year of customer service related experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computers i.e. navigation, copy/paste, open tabs, email
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
  • Supplemental Pay: Commission plan
