Call Center Representative
Job description
Pennsylvania Pain & Spine Institute, is currently seeking a part-time dynamic and outgoing Call Center Associate to join our growing team. The practice provides comprehensive care, including physical medicine and treatment of a broad range of pain conditions, in a caring and compassionate setting, using the latest technologies and approaches.
Hours needed are Monday-Thursday, 9:00a-3:00p in office.
Call Center Associate Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient phone calls with a SMILE!
- Schedule patients for injections, follow-up appointments and EMG's
- Answer patient questions/concerns regarding scheduling and/or treatment
- Process credit card payments
- Work with fellow departments to ensure patient is being scheduled properly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
