Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Schedule would be Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am until 6:00 pm. Fridays from 9:30 am until 5 pm. Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.

· Answer 50-80 inbound calls daily

· Respond to customer emails, phone calls and live chats simultaneously

· Process and sort customer orders

· Answer inquiries from 3rd party platforms

· Continuously problem solve by following up with customers to resolve problems and answer questions

· Process and inspect returns, follow up with customers as needed

· Respond to and resolve credit card chargebacks

· Additional Projects as assigned

Minimum requirements:

· 40+ hours a week (Monday - Friday, rotate Saturdays)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role - call center environment preferred

· High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve

· Ability to multi-task continuously and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment

· Typing speed of 30+wpm

· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently is a must

· Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for files or product on occasion

· Be willing and eager to work outside of the initial job description
