Call Center Service Representative (Full Time)

We are looking for full-time Customer Service Call Center Representatives to solicit donations on behalf of one of the most respected organizations in the country. As a Customer Service Representative you will receive complete training and ongoing support/feedback to ensure that you are able to remain relaxed and confident on your calls and that you are equipped to provide the best in friendly and professional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your customer service skills to convey the positive feeling of what it’s like to contribute to a good cause and to help make a difference in people’s lives.
Your specific duties will include:
- Conducting donation solicitation calls with current donors, lapsed donors and new prospects
- Troubleshooting customer concerns
- Answering customer questions about donation pickup services
- Entering call data into the computer
Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, it’s important for you to be confident, assertive, and patient and have the ability to deal with a wide variety of customers without becoming overwhelmed or frustrated.
