Call Center Specialist - Sales
Job description
Our call center is looking to hire motivated and dependable individuals who are interested in pursuing a job in sales with a technology twist. We work in direct correspondence with a tech firm offering voice search optimization. If you want a new career that requires no prior experience other than being able to talk to people, then this is it! Our office is conveniently located down the street from public transportation and close to several retail centers.
Position Summary: Our Reps are asked to follow an easy script while taking inbound calls B2B across the US and in Canada. The Associate will then qualify the business with the owner of the company, gather the appropriate information and proceed with the set up and sale utilizing the CRM and payment portal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls on a dialer related to signing business owners up for our services
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Provide a professional company image through phone interaction.
- Meets all quality control standards.
- Regular and reliable attendance
Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills with the capability to learn our dialer applications.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Previous call center/sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task between multiple sites and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to be highly organized.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with prospective clients.

Pay: $550.00 - $1,800.00 per week
