We support conservative senatorial and congressional candidates along with PAC and other conservative political groups. Responsibilities of the Campaign Finance Coordinator:

• Donor research and donor database management
• Assist with candidate fundraising including work on events, call time, and special meetings
• Monitor goals, priorities, and timelines on a regular basis to insure timely and efficient management of all solicitation efforts and related tasks
• Pull donor lists for call times and events
• Identify and recruit new donors
• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events
• Create reports detailing fundraising, goals, and other necessary reporting
• Track and enter detail related to contributions
• Call donors to request contributions / collect event RSVPs
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements of the Campaign Finance Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four year university or college
• Previous office experience (internships are accepted)
• Ability to think strategically and creatively and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism, maturity, and confidence to interact with political candidates and donors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Outgoing and able to make out bound phone calls; no “call reluctance”
• Flexibility and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Interest in supporting the ideology of our candidates and donors
• Tech-savvy and able to pick up new skills quickly; database skills nice to have

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
