Summary
Supervises and coordinates the day to day operational activities for the Wilson Hall building. Performs administrative functions for the department. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in The Methodist Mission, Vision and Values.

- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

- Proven record of providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall administrative and building management operations, including building access, room scheduling, use of gymnasium, and sleep rooms
- Responsible for the inventory and ordering of supplies, equipment and services needed to support the efficient operation of the department
- Financial responsibilities, including depositing payments from American Heart Association (AHA) community and sleep rooms, paying invoices (i.e., purchases and AHA invoicing for community instructors) and reconciles budget
- Processes AHA rosters for MLH and community, serves as resource for licensure verification, orders licenses, books and equipment
- Manages Methodist School of Nursing transcript requests and verification; maintains files
- Demonstrates professional work behavior and excellent customer service routinely in all interactions
Physical Requirements
- The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
- Must have good balance and coordination.
- The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
- The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
- The conditions to which the Associate will be subject in this position: The Associate is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.
