Amazon is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Workforce Staffing Candidate Generation team. This role will be responsible and accountable for building out a staffing model in high volume hiring using Candidate Generation Partner and Events channel to drive top of funnel applications for our hourly talent supply chain.
This role will work as a strategist providing leadership, support, and vision to identify non traditional methods of capturing candidate applications. The individual will organize and provide structure for short term and long term impact, be creative when executing daily tasks and forward planning, anticipate future needs and trends, and ensure teams meet key performance expectations.
The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, community-centered and have an innovative approach to organizing and community engagement; a strong people leader and mentor, able to collaborate with stakeholders to support community talent funnels, and drive change management strategies.

Key job responsibilities
- Execution of partnerships for a zone made up of multiple nodes supported by Engagement Specialists
- Create and implement strategies that incorporate the Candidate Generation channel Partners & Events to grow and maintain national/state/regional level partnerships that align with Amazon’s mission and goals
- Design and execute broad staffing campaigns including National Campaign Initiatives that are attentive to the inclusion of a diverse set of candidates
- Develop, coach, and monitor a team of Engagement Specialists while setting expectations for consistent standard work, culture, morale and accountability
- Work with CG team to identify and develop meeting, presentation, and training needs and research opportunities to continuously improve program tactics
- Cultivate trustworthy long term cross functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives, manage timelines and program execution while insisting on the highest standards
- Demonstrate successful use of metrics and reporting standards to drive decision making, track performance, and evaluate return on investment
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve quality, process, tools, and experience across Candidate Generation platform
- Remain current with market conditions, industry best practices and creative approaches to Candidate Generation tactics
• National or regional community partner development. • Experience in initiatives supporting Veterans, Military Spouses, Students, People with Disabilities, Underrepresented Populations, or other Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics including return on investment. • Cross-functional project management experience • Knowledge of or previous work in workforce or economic development. • 5+ years effectively working in the community engagement space with proven success of having developed and operationalized community partner-based strategies The pay range for this position in Colorado is $138,400 - $187,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
