Hershey Exteriors is looking for a Canvasser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for going door-to-door in neighborhoods where we are doing work, and speak to homeowners about what we offer. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet,handle rejection with grace and overcoming objections. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Go door-to-door in neighborhoods where we are working
• Set up appointments with potential customers.
• Clearly communicate how we can help.
• Gather customer information and contact details.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to handle rejection gracefully.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
