CONMED Orthopedics is seeking an ambitious Capital Sales Representative to strategically sell and promote CONMED’s Hall Surgical Power Instruments across an assigned district. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.

What You Will Do
- Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
- Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
- Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
- Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
- Assist in the training and development of sales personnel
- Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of CONMED products
- Lead product evaluations and demonstrations in OR & office settings
What You Need:
- One of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University with 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
- No Degree with 4+ years of outside sales experience
- Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
Travel Requirements:
- Approximately 20% Travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
