Your work responsibilities as Hospice Care Manager:
- As our new Hospice Care Manager, you will have oversight for all field clinical and some office staff.
- Having clinical staff supervision for a census of 90+, possessing primarily Hospice leadership experience will definitely put you in the front of the line!
- As our new Hospice Care Manager you will participate in and provide supervision for the clinical team during regular weekly IDT meetings.
- As a key member of the team, you conduct supervisory visits to allow for observation for performance of all team members.
- As our new Hospice Care Manager, you arrange team coverage for on-call and staff time off.
Your qualifications as Hospice Care Manager:
- At least 3 years Hospice nursing and some supervisory experience, along with a current CA RN license are mandatory prerequisites.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred, or commensurate experience.
- 3-5 years experience as a professional nurse with at least 2-3 years hospice experience is preferred
