Job Duties: Supports individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in enhancing their daily routines by offering personalized assistance weekly, enabling them to thrive within their community. Aids in locating and utilizing community resources effectively. Accompanies individuals during local excursions. Delivers weekly progress reports to the interdisciplinary team involved in the person's care.

Service Locations:

• Caseload #1 - North Metro
• Caseload #2 - Central Metro
• Caseload #3 - Coverage Caseload - West Metro

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $23.27 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• working with persons having developmental disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
