Job description

We are a new assisted living facility that is growing quickly and looking for Caregivers and Med Techs for our 7AM-3PM shift. Come join our team! We are located in The Villages. All state-required CEU's are paid for. We simply ask that you come ready to work with a positive attitude. As a family-owned and run business, we are kind to our staff and treat everyone with respect like family. We offer paid time off, holiday pay if you work the holiday, overtime pay, and on the job training. Must be able to pass level 2 background screening.

Functions of the position: Assists residents with their activities of daily living. Provides other support duties as directed by the Administrator or Nurse.

Job-related physical requirements:

You must be able to work the full 7AM-3PM shift.

Must be able to assist residents with transfers.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay and Benefits:

*The state requires that all workers in ALF's in the state of Florida be able to pass a level 2 background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
