Personal Care Aide (PCA)

New Hope is seeking caregivers to provide high quality personal and companion care to our residents. Some experience in personal care, assisted living or other facilities preferred but not necessary. We are looking for motivated, hard working, caring people who desire to work anywhere from 10 to 40 hours a week. Full and part-time positions are currently available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with team members to assure best care practices are being completed
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields a plus, but not a requirement
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• High School Diploma/GED Required

Pay is 14.00/hour, however willing to consider experience.
