We are looking for reliable and dependable caregivers to work at an Assisted Living Facility in Canton.This is a part time positon and you must work atleast 8 hours or more a week to remain active with the company. (You must be available for one or more of the following shifts to be considerd,7a-3p,3p-11p, and 11p-7a). An ideal candidate will be someone who is willing to work up to 40 hours a week (This is optional) as we do have a lot of open shifts that need coverage.

You must have reliable transportation to get to work. Must have a current CPR,TB and authorized to work in the US.If selected, your initial assignment will be in Canton Georgia as all of our other positions in other locations are currently filled.

You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision from us as most of our managers work remotely.You must also attend our monthly staff meeting/training wether virtually or inperson whenever notified.

You also must be willing to work with multiple residents during your shifts.You will be expected to perfom all assigned task by the facility and reach out to your immediate supervisor for any questions or concerns.Optimum is very strict in ensuring that our clients receives the best from us so please join our team of professional cargivers and lets together make the lives of our clients better.

Our hiring process consist of phone interviews,collection of documents,background checks and completion of hiring paperwork and training before you can work.
