Part-time floater position for community-based Case Manager to serve survivors of acquired brain injury.

Required:
- Day travel around the counties of Lunenburg, Brunswick, Mecklenburg, Charlotte, Halifax and Campbell as needed.
- Strong verbal & written skills, use of Microsoft Office.
- Undergraduate degree required in social work, counseling, human development, therapeutic recreation, or related field.
- Interested candidate should reside in coverage area.
Preferred (though encouraged to apply regardless):
- Experience in brain injury or related field.
- Community based case management experience, knowledge of rehabilitation principles, or comparable knowledge and experience.
