Off the Wall Kidz is a family owned and operated indoor playground and cafe. We focus on delivering epic experiences to every child that comes through our door. We feature a dedicated baby & toddler playspace for our smallest guests, an Imagination City, a 2-story play structure - complete with slides, ball pit and interactive games. We have a full service Café and 2 birthday party rooms. It's a great place for children to run around and burn a ton of energy! Parents also love that we’re indoors!

This job builds a unique set of skills obtained by working with children in a dynamic environment. We want to cater to the entire family - from 0-12 year olds, as well as be a place for parents to convene with friends.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Playtime and partying are serious business! And great parties don’t throw themselves. Our team will work hard to get every detail just right to make sure each party is memorable. As an associate you’ll play a major role in pulling each event together, as well as monitoring the play areas, assisting with the Café and processing admissions upon arrival of guests. You will be responsible for the day to day operations. We are looking for RELIABLE team members that have a passion for great customer service and working with children.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in providing a safe and fun environment for all our Guests
• Cleanliness as a TOP priority
• POS register, cash handling, inventory assistance and phone assistance as needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include weekend shifts
• Takes initiative and can perform tasks with little oversight
• Able to be on your feet for the full shift. This role requires a lot of movement. You must be able to lift/move items that weigh more than 20 pounds
• Able to monitor all of the play areas, including bending, crawling, climbing, etc to ensure they are organized, clean and maintained
• Willing to learn the POS system and schedule parties and events
• Work in Cafe and food service related positions
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
