Job description

The primary duty is to promote the company’s products and services through excellent customer service. Welcome customers with a smile and verbal greeting, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience. Minors allowed to work in Washington are welcome to apply. Some responsibilities include the following:

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Staying knowledgeable about our range of party and event products.
• Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
• Explaining the benefits and functions of products and how to use them to achieve the best results
• Creating balloon art and balloon animals.
• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve return issues.
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, be comfortable on ladders and able to sell and receive on our POS system.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
