CashPro® is Bank of America’s flagship digital platform for businesses, supporting 35k clients and 500k+ users across 175 countries. Greenwich ranks BofA a top digital banking provider in the world. The CashPro product organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all services (Core Treasury and beyond) accessible via CashPro’s multiple channels – online, mobile, file to file, and API. Consider the opportunity of CashPro Product Manager II. This role will drive the future strategic direction of data strategy and analytics through dashboard creation, automation and process through visualization tools like Tableau. Success will require a strong partnership with a variety of teams within and outside of Global Transaction Services.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Payment Product Manager II role:

  • Transform data and information into insights that inform high-level strategy and tactical decision-making in support of revenue and profitability objectives.

  • Be a champion for data driven culture.

  • Use behavioral data to drive competitive advantage such as providing personalized recommendations.

  • Develop and execute a plan to maximize self-service capabilities for internal users and customers.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure information exchange.

  • Oversee internal and external application tool/development, integration and support.

  • Liasing with stakeholder community as we forecast our needs and business requirements.

  • Implementing business intelligence and analytics solutions and gaining support of multiple stakeholders.

  • Implementing formal data governance approach and increasing the maturity of the enterprise data capability and environment.

  • Influencing and effecting business process changes to support an efficient and cost-effective business operations environment.

  • Lead, develop and implement a holistic data strategy for CashPro that enables an end-to-end view of the client allowing for advanced analytics capabilities and measurement to drive business goals and initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing data frameworks and driving continuous improvement.

  • Expert communication skills and ability to influence leadership.

  • Experienced leader with focus on coaching and mentoring cross functional team members.

  • Knowledge of Treasury products, financial metrics used in Treasury and industry data sources.

  • Exposure to Treasury processes and functions.

  • Strong teamwork skills in order to collaborate and build strong relationships with co-workers and internal clients to support development and implementation of business solutions.

  • Project management skills: plans, organizes, motivates and controls resources to achieve specified project goals and objectives while respecting defined constraints.

  • Decision making skills: Solicits and objectively considers input from appropriate sources, considers implications of actions on other areas, people and processes when deciding.

  • Agility: Adapts approaches that are appropriate for each situation. Accepts and adapts to new situations.

  • Provide leadership and direction with a collaborative approach with the ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders across multiple global businesses, product areas, IT, operations and service delivery.

  • Experience with product management and product strategy development

  • Understanding of the Agile development process and project management systems (JIRA, Confluence a plus)

  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

  • Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
