The Common Man Inn is currently seeking an experienced Function Event Lead/Coordinator to join our team.This is a hybrid role that will work during events and also assist in the Sales and Event Manager with administrative duties. This is a full time position with growth opportunities. We are a premium event venue that does both inhouse events as well as select off site catering.

Responsibilities include:

• Hands on event management
• Maintain room set up before, during and after an event
• Communicate with the event team to ensure proper execution
• Prepare and send out contracts
• Prepare and update BEOs
• Provide tours to perspective guests
• Answer phones and emails
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Cash handling
• Assist event staff during service
• Interact with guests during events
• Other duties as needed
