We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Cell Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to our customers' locations in our specially equipped van to perform repairs on their cell phones.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations in our specially equipped van to perform cell phone repairs
• Diagnose and repair cell phones, including replacing screens, batteries, and other parts
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
• Educate customers about our protection plans and recommend appropriate plans
• Keep track of inventory and equipment in the van
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet daily repair and sales quotas
• Provide timely and accurate reports to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience repairing cell phones is preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
