We are growing quickly! Ear, Nose and Throat Institute is currently hiring for an MA role at our Dawsonville office.

HOURS

This is a Monday-Friday, full-time role at 40 hours per week.

OVERVIEW

· Perform clinical tasks to support medical staff

· Stock rooms and ensure all products are OSHA compliant

· Sterilize instruments

· In-office procedures

· Communicate with insurance companies when needed for precertification of procedures

· Assist with prepping allergy serum for patients

· Provide allergy injections and educate patients on immunotherapy

· May assist with inventory tracking and ordering of allergy supplies

· Record patient vitals accurately

· Phlebotomy and patient labs

· Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner

· Manage Athena buckets, voicemails, and callbacks

· Answering phone calls throughout the day

· Maintain office cleanliness throughout the day

QUALIFICATIONS

· Certification highly preferred

· Strong organizational skills

· Must be able to work in a fast-faced, team-oriented environment

· Detail-oriented

· Athena EMR experience a plus

· Must have an outstanding attitude and eagerness to learn!
