Strive! Physical Therapy Centers is looking for positive and friendly Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our growing team of professionals. We currently have opportunities available in our acute/hospital settings.

Strive! is a part of Ocala Health, which operates HCA Ocala Regional Medical Center (ORMC) & HCA West Marion Community Hospital (WMCH). We are known for our state-of-the-art out-patient therapy centers and currently operate four outpatient centers specializing in Orthopedics, Sports Injury, Occupational, and Hand Therapies.
Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist Assistant will help occupational therapists provide occupational therapy treatments and procedures. The Occupational Therapist Assistant may, in accordance with state laws, assist in development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, direct activity programs, and document the progress of treatments.

Required Skills/Abilities
- General understanding of occupational therapy and medical terminology.
- Strong patient care skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure to practice in Florida.
- Must be Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R.) certified.
- Mandatory requirement to work 4 weekend days per month ($5.00/ hour weekend shift differential).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, reaching, and bending.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
