Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Per Diem)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides Occupational Therapy treatment to all patients with various diagnoses under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Follows the guidelines established in the treatment plan and requests input from the therapist when any problem arises.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Graduate of a program as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
