Responsibilities:
- Weld pipes or pipe assemblies together or repair broken pipes or fittings.
- Climb scaffolding for access to welding jobsite.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, trim, clean, and thread pipes.
- Lay out assembly or repair job by measuring and marking pipe.
- Operate welding equipment in order to complete welding jobsite.
- Communicate status and progress of a job to supervisor or coordinator.
- Inspect completed welds for defects and discard if necessary.
- Have knowledge of materials that are used to manufacture the pipe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
