Job description
We are looking for a great Head Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. An appreciation for Classic Dishes such as Beef Wellington, Chicken Cordon Bleu along with Steaks, Seafood, Pasta. Must have experience running medium to large kitchen.
Responsibilities

*Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff *Prepare dishes to customer preferences *Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team *Train and develop cooks as needed *Shopping and Ordering for Kitchen *Order product and maintain reasonable food costs *Menu Development *Contribute to a positive culture through coaching and team building.
Qualifications

*Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills *Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team *Relevant food safety and handling certificate *5 Year Minimum Experience as a chef *Formal Culinary Training Required
