Job description
Must be experienced in electrical, plumbing, hvac, carpentry, landscaping, and pool maintenance (cpo certified)
Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the Hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the rooms, physical grounds, and swimming pool. The hiring, training, disciplining, and termination of your team. As well as creating yearly budgets, and performing within those budgets.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
