Growing industrial manufacturer is looking for a CFO to add to their executive team.

The Financial Officer will direct the organization's strategic financial planning as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders, board of directors and the financial community. To be successful, the CFO must possess the ability to make speedy but well reasoned decisions, communicate effectively, provide vision, and apply common sense to furnish solutions to daily problems and financial concerns.

Financial Officer Job Duties:

· Prepare regular financial reports for management team and stake holders.

· Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

· Ensure information for preparing tax returns is accurate and timely.

· Developed robust reporting and KPIs to support process improvement and growth.- Designed and implemented all internal controls, accounting and IT systems to support growth

· Implemented business intelligence tool to provide greater access to actionable sales data.

· Assisted in the reorganization of business to improve processes and increase profits.

· Instituted the Company Policies and Procedures and established a Human Resource Department to maintain Company-wide compliance and employee benefits administration.

· Assisted with M&A transactions, business integrations, joint ventures, and system integrations

· Develop bid and job costing system and estimating to insure projects are profitable

Skills and Qualifications

· Proven experience in corporate finance as a CFO or VP Finance for a manufacturing company

· Experience with the execution of companies strategic and tactical plans which

· Degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance

· 5+ years experience in finance leadership positions

· Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

· Deep knowledge of accounting and controls, revenue recognition, as well as strong financial analytic skills (FP&A)

· Strong cost accounting skills

· Exceptional people skills, effective in establishing, maintaining and continually improving relationships with colleagues, investors and other stakeholders

· Demonstrated track record of highly effective financial management skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

· A strong aptitude for lateral thinking and creative problem solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

  • cost accounting: 8 years (Preferred)
  • VP or CFO level: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPA (Preferred)
