Valley Hope Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child and Adolescent Counselor to join our team. As a Child and Adolescent Counselor, you will work with children and teens to provide individual and family therapy services to help clients address a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
• Providing individual and family therapy services to children and teens
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations

Requirements:

• LPC or LPC eligible in the state of Virginia
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
