Near St Joseph's hospital in St Charles City there is a Crisis Nursery available to support families - and especially children - in crisis. Our Child Specialists are highly trained by licensed professional Counselors, Social Workers, as well as Art and Play Therapists.
We are looking for staff who want to make a difference in the lives of families struggling with life's toughest challenges. This schedule for this position is
Monday - Thursday 7a - 3p AND Friday 3p - 11p weekly
Our base rate is $16, minimum, for a HS/GED educated person who is at least 21. We offer a premium for higher education and greater years of child care experience and the the Friday evening shift qualifies for differential pay!
Annually, for each full time staff we pay $5,500 so that our health insurance with UHC is affordable! We pay 100% of the premium for a full time staff's $30,000 life insurance, We offer 25 days of PTO for the first 12 months of employment, and it jumps to 27 after that!
