Job description

Part-time: 15 to 23 hours per week. M, W, F 1:00pm to 6:00/6:30 pm, Tues. 1:00 pm to 5:00/5:30 pm. The ending of the night depends on when the last patient is scheduled and leaves the office, ending times will vary. The start pay will be $12.00, then after the 3 month probation period, changed to $13.00.

This person will set up appointments, answer the phone, keep patient records and facilitate payments at the office. This person will also keep records updated for each patient visit and must have that information organized in a manner that allows the chiropractor to easily access this data. This person will work with the chiropractor and act as the go-between to help manage an efficient flow of patients. This person needs strong skills in Multitasking, organizational skills, Task prioritization and One on One personal skills. A good familiarity with computers is preferred, but skills using our chiropractic system will be taught.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly be required to sit, walk and stand; bend or twist; regularly talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use of hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms (to include reaching overhead); and lift up to 10 to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
