Claims Processor - Remote or Hybrid
Job description
Be part of a team where every day you make a difference! We are looking for a new Claims Processor who will provide exceptional customer service.
As a Claims Processor, you will take the first reports of accidents and initiate the claims investigation process. This position is the front line of our claims department and is crucial in setting the tone for fulfilling our promise of providing exceptional service to our insureds. You will use your independent judgment and communication skills to obtain information about losses, determine if coverage exists, and assign cases to an adjuster. We provide you a personalized training program, a secure, friendly, and challenging work environment, plus excellent wages.
This position is eligible to be 100% remote after initial in-office training is complete. In-office training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, length to be determined by the manager.
Shift hours after completion of training:
Sunday 10am – 9pm
Monday 11:30am – 9pm
Tuesday 11:30am – 9pm
Wednesday 11:30am – 9pm
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six years of experience in an office environment or administrative capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Track record of dependability and sound decision-making.
